"Slow Down" is about slowing down our busy lives to find peace and mental clarity. We’ve (FINKEL) been keeping up with releasing music on a consistent basis, feeding algorithms, making a livable income, and as a result not focusing enough on our mental and physical health. In tandem with maintaining full-time work, and after 5 years of touring the country & releasing tons of music, this song spilled out of us as though it was trying to escape.
